Looking at what ICON is worth and 1 structure take 3 weeks to build , the builders to work and change their usual practices in order to make this work , bids me to ask the Question where is the saving ? Then we look at HX 1 day to build a structure no waste , simple drive to next site and do it all again , the builder is working with materials that are available off the shelf and Continues on to finish the dwelling in a conventional manner, oh I think $1.00 is achievable sooner than people think ! I’ve put quite a lot on here on ignore and it’s not because I don’t like to hear negatives , its just that I feel they add nothing of value to these discussions and as a matter of fact are probably same person with many accounts, I would prefer to talk to a bot as at least it can give me a valid opinion . Here is one opinion by me simple telling it the JV agreement and where we are at now , reply seems quite reasonable.
