"Will need lots of capital to get it out and turn it into bullion."
Yes you are correct , but more to the point is the current situation, with determining the REAL current exploration cost per oz.
IMHO based on the current company actions (or lack of them ) the company is oblivious to the current economic environment for microcap goldies where their sustaining cost of capital is so high , and instead is assuming and publishing their discovery cost per oz as confined to drilling cost whereas the discovery cost also needs to take into account how that cost also should include an administration component and average dilution component per annum per share on issue
Ie as an example not specific to GBR , if the company shares on issue double in a year and its resource only goes up 20% then the shareholder's individual investment per resource oz is going backwards per oz
So Maybe there are cheaper ways to first explore then "get it out "(and process it ) ie better use of capital
1.Do a JV like OAU have done so only mining CAPEX is needed not processing CAPEX
2.look at doing met tests on heap leaching the ore , heap leaching tends to be lower cost per tonne in CAPEX and OPEX (with lower recoveries normal)
3. Drop the arrogance and bloody mindedness , and merge with the other microcaps in the area , OAU , ODY , EMC , Austin Exploration , as would reduce corporate costs per resource oz discovered .
Sell off/farm out their other tenements .
4 Get rid of NEDs that are pulling a salary but not contributing (have we seen any of them do a presentation ) or is Andrew doing all the hard yards with nothing from them , maybe they are behind the scene looking at M&A ? we do not know , at the moment i just have a scathing contempt towards them for sucking off the back teat (milking the cow-- you and me )
