On their Facebook, I think I saw that Chatree has a 2nd large contractor separate to Lotus Hall. I think they mentioned 150 employees, and showed water trucks and regular 8 wheel dirt carrying trucks.
So we'll have self-owner, this other contractor, and Lotus Hall. A bit of competition could be a positive.
