Meh, I think they have the right to complain if they want.

Yes as shareholder we could have purchased more shares at cheap prices, BUT simply buying cheap shares on market does not help the company at all.

Some holders rightfully have their noses out of joint because they did the right thing by the company and have participated in CR's and subsequently been let down.

This may not be the fault of current mgmt, but the stench of it lingers, so it's fair to still hold the company as a whole accountable.

Yes you can elect to sell out your holding, you can also elect to agitate for change, or you can elect to wait it out and see what comes of current developments (which is what I'm doing, and have unfortunately done for too long, but this time will be different ).

I don't begrudge anyone any of those choices.
