    well I'm sorry for your frustration, but its pointless taking it out on someone on HC

    please read the article in the FInancial review to gain a better understanding of the issue. Poor installation, incorrect installation. in fact ask CEO Ross Taylor for all the documented cases of what BGC did. BGC are a disgrace, and should loose their building licence.
