i guess some are interested in looking at the market and others are waiting for the market to yell at them,i spend my time watching the things that are of interest,26months ago i was very interested, but few seemed interested, today i am looking for relative value not last years prices or 2 years before,it is always possible to find a gemstone, and almost always to late when the market is yelling at you.

i see good buys everyday, but we are not really discussing good buys,we are discussing affordability ,the number of posters with very bearish sentiment tells me their plan hinges on the expectation that the market will meet them, but you can buy and build equity if you have an appropriate plan and not an expectation--i do note on other threads some clearly have a plan, some have actually completed a big planned equity.

so it really gets down to a simple question,if you want to buy, what is your plan------you see the reality is you make all your money when you buy[but you do need a plan]so what alternate plan do you have if the average income earner in the average suburb[which does not equate to the average price]keeps buying and the price goes up>what then?which analysts will you lay blame on,if its to be its up to me corny but true.
