It wasn't that long ago when ICE cars did 300-350km per tank and put out between 40 hp for 4 cyl engines, 110-150 hp for 6 cyl and 160- 185 hp for V8 engines. Range concerns didn't happen because every town HAD to have a service station! Car makers pushing out over bloated wanna-be aircraft carriers with enough batteries to take 6 to 8 houses virtually off grid isn't helping anyone, least of all mass EV adoption, IMO!
