Well said Chill, I don't want to be negative but nor am I going to be overly optimistic on the back of recent events.
I agree, let's see how this plays out. If not at a premium I will be very disappointed. Management have had plenty of time to update the market but it has been radio silence, and if that leads to a discounted placement to the advantage of the strategic investor, then it shows that management do not have SH interest at heart, or are not capable of ensuring that SH get taken care of.
If they can pull this off at a premium, to a well-informed investor, then I will cut them some slack, but if they give it away and then announce off take etc, then I know what I will be doing with my investment.
