China could be absolutely huge as they are anatomically predispose to primary angle closure glaucoma which is far more aggressive and is responsible for 90% of blindness caused by glaucoma in China. It's also more prevalent in older people so will increase as the population ages & they have a massive population.
As far as I'm aware track advance is the only MIGS that can be used to treat PACG
