otherwise i too was calling for the scalp of our Chairman some time ago - but like so many other things that don't change with our company, i also don't expect this latest round of substandard corporate performance to move the needed numbers to give him the push - but a 'no confidence' motion at the next meeting could break the paralysis seemingly gripping our management
