My guess is “clinical breakthrough”
if the news was bad then they would release the results quickly or on Friday after close
if I am right I think it won’t take long to get a partner
i doubt market will price this correctly initially in the event of good news - I expect a multi day rally as market digests the news
long term this could easily be worth billions
