If the universe did not have the physical properties that it has, we would not be here to talk about it. So are we to assume that because the universe. matter/energy, space/time, has the necessary properties to form stars, galaxies, planets and life on at least one planet in a practically infinite universe that it must have been created? Isn't it sort of asking why a duck quacks, has a head, body and wings of a duck and not something different?
