Not really they are a active trader. They were one of the fist big funds to go over 5% many years ago. From memory they have only gone under 5% once since then and that was well timed they avoided some large declines. JMO they probably understand more than Robers about this market, She is a minor so that gives lots of insight but she has little experience with materials like REE where most of cost is processing. Not just dig it up and ship it. So Challenger increasing there stake 1 $ right now does have me reassessing my position far more than a few others.
