there is no deal on the market TODAY that is not going to be better deal in 1month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, (notice the pattern?)
gems, plans, approaches, you name it...will all be better in couple of months when pain becomes more REAL and hope fades even more !
and seems though property is a long term propositon, it is better started on a 'good foot' (cheaper) because that is WHEN you make the money (when buying) ! ! !
so...in essence ...NO !
the opportunities are coming, they are not here! and the longer we wait the better they will be !
