Our air defence worked all night over the #Kursk region, over #Kurchatov, where the NPP shot down several targets.

We also continue to destroy the enemy in the border zone and on the outskirts of #Sudzha.

According to local residents, fighting is also taking place in the Kruglenkoye Farmstead.

Yesterday's day was characterised by the expansion of the enemy control zone (https://t.me/dva_majors/49029) in the #Kursk region. By the evening the AFU was stopped by combat near the working village of #Korenevo, although the foe clearly intended to go even further, to #Rylsk. The foe is gaining a foothold, pulling reserves, increasing the presence of equipment in the region, despite the constant strikes of our aviation and drones. At around 03:00., 7 AFU missiles were shot down by air defence forces over the region.

We can see the foe's plan to reach the #Kursk NPP through #Lgov. Our side is taking counter measures to protect the facility. There are reports of the enemy's approach to the village of #MalayaLoknya.

The situation is complicated by the work of the foe's air defence, which creates risks for the actions of our aircraft against foe's armoured vehicles. The Russian Army is bringing in reinforcements. Apti Alaudinov arrived in the region with the so-called "International" Akhmat, reported the entry of his units into the work. There are also reports that the RFAF are transferring reserves from other directions.

Against this background, information about the increased activity of the foe and possible provocations and breakthrough attempts in the #Bryansk, #Belgorod, #Zaporozhye and #Kherson directions, as well as about the possible opening of another section of the front near the #Kursk border is spreading in the net. At the same time, no information about such actions of the AFU has been received so far.

Yesterday, the foe replicated footage of our prisoners in the uniforms of enlisted servicemen of the RFAF, as well as bodies lying on the ground near the Sudzha Checkpoint on the border. Over the past day our dispersed units have been withdrawing from the enemy encirclement.

The situation is complicated, the trend is caused by the foe's engagement of larger forces than previously estimated. Our forces will have to stabilise the front and localise further AFU breakthroughs.

In the #Kursk Region, a high intensity of fighting remains in the Sudzhansky and Korenevsky districts. According to reports from the field and footage from RFAF drones, the western part of #Sudzha came under AFU control. There are also field reports about shooting battles in the area of the town.

➡️ Fighting continues in the Korenevsky direction east of the #Korenevo village.

In the #Toretsk sector, in #NyuYork, the AFU set up a flag in the building of School No. 38 in the northwestern part of the village, where the RFAF was previously present

#Avdeyevka Direction:

On the northern front, west of #Timofeyevka, the RFAF have gained a foothold along the forest belt in a section up to 1.25 km wide to a depth of 500 m and continues attacks in small maneuverable groups in the direction of #Lisichnoye.

In #Ivanovka, Russian troops advanced to a depth of 1.1 km in a northerly direction. Fighting continues for the western part of the village.

#Sergeyevka came under the control of the RFAF.

➡️ The Russians continued attacks in a northerly direction and reached the southeastern outskirts of the #Grodovka village. The advance of enemy forces in a section up to 3.5 km wide to a depth of 1.15 km was noted.

In the #Zhelannoye area, the RFAF captured the western part of the village and part of the farm, occupying an area up to 2.25 km wide to a depth of 950 m.

In #Ugledar Direction, Russian troops advanced in a wide range in the direction of the O0532 Motorway in a section up to 7.25 km wide and up to 2.3 km deep.
