I am a touch cynical. The capital raising will be to replenish the "in the know" shareholders supply of script. They have been busy selling to all you guys at hugely profitable prices and are running out so they need to provide their "sophisticated investors" with some more script at a discount to give them something to sell during the drill. Perfect timing, caught all the leveraged fast money and said put up some real funds or be diluted.
