Excuse my realisation and opinion Apolloz and Mode, and I hope im wrong and JA approves. Just that labour has stated the Law shall be applied to this permit so many times, and its obvious we know politicians dont abide by the law as such, its flaunted with opinion. Its hypocritical for labour to actually make a decision on this, so they havnt. Thier not the law thier just politicians and so default decision is always NO. Move on. leave it behind. Its out of thier control now and thier glad and happy for it. Its wrong injust and blatant bias towards BPH, but they dont care about that one bit. However we do, gas industry does, australians do and so does federal court and the Law. So let everyone know everyday loud as we can until a decision is made GLTAH!
