I picked up your reference - col69 (a person who I'd hope has a below decks cabin) on this ship - and be handcupped to quite a few others - constantly flogs that line - do you remember the original post of mine that actually did think there was a typo even.

I say this because you have been a person who is short and pithy with their posts and doesn't normally attack other posters - you have been rare on hotcopper in that on balance I think your contribution has been positive not self indulgent.

In vivo and in vitro are not used inappropriately in my view in this post - reg's faith that the IL-2R potency assay wasn't used before though is clearly incorrect as any checking of the MSB submission to ODAC using the wayback machine can make clear - MSB has ALWAYS used both TNFR1 and Il2Ralpha.

I am watching the patent applications - an application is not a patent granted. It seems that if I don't post for a while people that don't even tick if I reply to their questions start to try to use some of what I've taught them.

My attitude - there is a lot of people that are going to deserve what they get that are holders on this forum. Character matters.

I'll ask this as a question - Silviu Itsecu was looking for a BLA in August 2020 and got a CRL in October 2020. Eric Rose made public information about a potency assay having problems in May 2022 (could have been 3).

Two questions - do you think Silviu would have been ignorant of the potency assay problem Eric spoke about in May years later at the time of ODAC? Do you think he would have not gone ahead and shipped product that may not have been potent to children even if he was confident its wasn't harmful?

The financial incentives here are a problem in my opinion when coupled to the character of the man. I think the FDA should not dare trust him. He should have to produce evidence ahead of not after a granted BLA because of how he conducts himself in the public sphere. That is my opinion. He can't be trusted to do the right thing - on his own honor- unless he is under close scrutiny to ensure he does. And overwhelmingly that also applies to his supporters here. Medicines would be crap if the objectivity of MSB holders was the standard. The holders themselves would get crap when they need it because their own standards of decency and objectivity - generalised over other people - would have killed them.
