If on the day before expiry, and LRV trading at $1, LRVO would be trading at least 0.70 so you could sell out.
in the example you gave that LRVO trading 0.25 when LRV was .485, that is 18c of intrinsic value and 7.5 c of time/volatility premium
All options value are made up of intrinsic value (which is currently 0) and time/volatility premium which is currently 1.7c
