IMO, we are likely just waiting for the announcement of publication for AML trial phase 2 results, to see a big leap on SP. The trial has just concluded, but final results were not detailed yet. For Biotech stocks, trial 2 results normally have a big influence on valuation. Maybe market is waiting for the final detailed results and SP likely will jump.
From my research experience, paper writing and submmission may take about 2 months if conducting efficiently. But if there is some kind of delay, e.g., revising, reviewer's response delay, feedback including loads of work... it could take longer. Anyway if stick to the management's plan should be published by the end of this year
