Focusing on the offtakes:

"working at the moment with over half a dozen magnet producers" (not sure if that includes or excludes Noveon and USA Rare Earths for 8 in total)
"protacted processes [product validation]...ongoing for 18 months"
"at the point now with three of those customers...swapping commercial size samples...the last step in that validation process before we can move into the concluding commercial arrangments to start delivery"

So hopefully three more forthcoming contracts to add to the Noveon and USA Rare Earth contracts, which did (understandably) move the stock price considerably when announced - details on both since scarce.
