The partners and finance message has been getting consistently stronger over time, to the point we are now “near term”, which gives confidence to the event occurring.

Also, giving shareholders, and new buyers, the confidence to hold/buy, while simultaneously giving EnergyX the heave ho means EnergyX has lost a point of leverage in its bid.

There are plenty of holders well underwater at anything less than $1/share. They need to be looked after as well as the opportunistic who have bought recently under 20c. Selling out to EnergyX only benefits recent or very ancient buyers, and even then significantly undervalues the asset at a time of very low lithium prices.

They need clear targets and timeframes. Even a non-accountable indicative timeline would be better.
They also still need to explain what happened with the Glencore offtake.

This wishy-washy language still inspires no confidence.
