So if of the view it could dilute the impact of another announcement, then is it not material?
It is material but whether it is ethical to report is another thing.
But by trying to hide it, only to appear later in a quarterly is not a good approach either. I dont know the answer, but an approach that informs investors but also respects the patient is required.
