would have been better if larger partner was secured but there is silver lining in this deal as KCC has decent stake in WML.

Also, WML will drill few holes this calendar year which will provide some newsflow for KCC. And if WML gets lucky and hits high grades (porphyry or epithermal) then KCC's will benefit from the minority stake in the project and the gains in WML's share price. It's risk free to KCC.

Not bad deal overall and the bonus is immediate exploration starting from next month.
