Just another dodgy move by the company. Fail to disclose anything to SH until two weeks after legally binding exclusivity period is over then, lo and behold, they ann today RED has 4 days from now to finalise DD. How are RED going to complete DD in 4 days? Deal is surely done. What are they going to find out in next four days they dont know already?
Probably 4 days to write up announcement and work out how they will spin the fire sale to sound advantageous and like a really good deal. Also, to tell us how hard they are working behind the scenes, no doubt.
