I understand it's a great day for our company and this will convince many parties that the phosphate fertilizer plant will be constructed.

I do appreciate your insights on this forum but the company should not be defended for the recent cap raise with free options. If the free options were the only way to raise capital from many of their top holders and institutional investors, then something is wrong.
It was poor management that created the "desperate" situation that led to that raise and dilution of other loyal holders. To hang all hopes on a good deal with Forrest is not great management.

I just feel the company needs to be called out for any poor management and poor treatment of loyal shareholders just as they should be praised Nd rewarded for excellent performance and treatment of shareholders.

Hopefully today is the day they begin to repay the faith of all shareholders. We all know the potential here and the great opportunity that is on offer for this company. Good luck to all holders ( Does that include you Merch?).
