Well there is far more to valuing a gold producer than MC right? On every other valuation metric SPR is overvalued and RMS is significantly undervalued so if any TO/merger were to be based upon MC only, which would imply something in the order of 2:1, I'd be one mighty P#$$ed OFF RMS shareholder.
I don't think MZ is that stupid, but then I've underestimated stupidity many times over the years.
