"The Call for Projects was released on December 18, 2023. Questions on the Call were due January 8, 2024, and the final project proposals are due February 28, 2024. We expect the Department to announce in Q3 of 2024 which Hubs won and what amount of funding they are awarded."
I read another article this morning which indicated project winners would be announced by the end of the U.S fiscal year, so I believe the quote above is referring to the calendar year, so could be a few weeks until we find out.
Actually, it may be the one that HT posted above.
