It bodes extremely well for Cu and other metals like Al and Ag. We know China and now India and Indonesia are growing demand dramatically as the incomes of their significant populations increase.
As for total greenhouse gasses good luck with that (IMVHO) most of the improvements noted there will be due to dodgy counting.
