As Nathan has posted, I interpret the 45 days as from the date of a ruling, not from the date of lodgement. I don't believe it will get to court, the Government could void the case as early as today by announcing it's decision. That being said, I don't believe they will announce the decision today, but exactly when they announce is a variable.
