Fair enough, although there is a distinction in the WA Act between full-time and part-time employees:
In counting employees for the purposes of subsection (2)(b), part-time employees are to be taken into account as an appropriate fraction of a full-time equivalent.
Not sure about SGQ's roster but talk of defamation is misguided IMO. Otherwise enjoy the 40% recovery today and GLTAH.
