I’m sure some others here held VLA back in 2016-2018 and recall how the share price languished prior to take over. I remember the share price halving from highs and then spiking up from 60 odd cents to $1.70 overnight with the offer from Merck. This is not uncommon. I always wonder if their offer would have differed if the share price hadn’t dropped 50% in the months prior.
