trying to make ARR more accessible to US investors
This is the part that I call fluff...........this is available to every man and his dog in the US...............I still believe SPAC has it's grubby paws on this now.
Maybe I am misconstruing "more accessible" to mean "cheaper and easier" or mates rates.
No evidence of course but with Sten Gustafson's affiliation with SPAC makes me think differently here
I am seeing more executive level and corporate movements than usual which makes me nervous.
