After listening to the details explained in this presentation one has to ask as RE retail investors is Ionic RE restricting the potential share price value for Ionic Tech? The recycling project has signed partnerships and strategic funding. etc., well in advance of ionic RE's mining and processing goals/timetable? Ionic Tech also fits the political narratives in the UK/EU of greener recycling support vs traditional RE projects. The entity separation would seem logical from a shareholder value perspective".
For some reason presenters don't seem to want to broach this topic, at least publicly.
