Why do you think this would lead to a TO? This seems to read from the limited text we can se that Rest and Aware are loaning the shares they own to be short sold? If there is more in the article i'd love to read it. Does anyone know how many share in LTR Rest would hold? I googled it but it's like 47K which is hardly enough to loan.
