    Step change coming for the company.
    It's no longer a 'spin out', has a great project, and with new management we should not see another $230k / qtr spent on 'evaluating projects'. Get some energy in, distance ourselves from slowpoke GBR, sack the expensive model driven consultants, and get on with it.
