Since this from 2023 annual report, at shareholders expense it has converted some the rest unpayable in shares as Mr Bown you are stretched to takeovers code level.

It has also taken on this year a short term unsecured loan at 19% extended from 300k to 350k. Another 850 from Brown and more from Chair. Of course none from the guy driving this horse.
