But indiscriminate bombing and leveling of civilian neighbours is considered a war crime..
If any other country was leveling neighbourhoods like this they would be outcast as a periah state. Banned from the Olympics, indited to the war crimes tribunal in the Hague.
Unless you are Israel ofcourse .
