Like the French Maginot line they are a fixed defence, designed before the latest range of Guided Penetration and Fuel Air Ordanance, Bombs/Missiles/Artillery. They can hide in a mountain but still have to expose themselves to fire.

I'm sure US ROK have plenty of plans to quickly disable those guns.
