They said it was a binding contract. But they have only received $100,000 of the $15 million they had a contract for . They alleged there was a hold-up with Au Resources paying the rest. From memory, it was 6 months from the receipt of the 15 million, that the first payment was to be made in gold, or 15 million in cash. Go back and check all the announcements, as this is only from memory.
