I was reading an article in the AFR this evening about company directors. Apparently, 40% of directors of ASX300 companies “lack skin in the game” aka don’t hold any shares/options etc.
As you all know, KCN is not an ASX 300 company (sad, but true) but even so, C-suite holdings are very poor.
Time to ask the difficult question: why not?
It is a very poor reflection on this company.
Why buy, when management isn’t?
Keep asking questions, mind the bs….
