I do believe that VW will be growing it's EV business significantly from 2025 owards. ID.2 and ID.1 will be small passenger cars for the mass market with entry level prices from 20.000 to 25.000 euros. Range will be the question, I read about a version with a range of up to 450 km.. enough to attract buyers?
I do believe that for the whole EV story and global lithium demand projections to unfold, VW success will be crucial.
When the European and North American EV markets are taking off, it is when global demand for lithium will support higher prices to incentivize much needed production imo.
