In addition to your post highlighting that PAC will retain 45% of its current holding in this high growth Fund Manager, PAC are entitled to $USD62.6M to sell 55%.
Current fair value is $USD92.8M, 55% of this is $USD51.04M. So actual sale value, without reducing for tax, is 22% above fair value.
PAC still earning from the business. Assuming with additional investment from Janus it will help grow PAC earnings moving forward.
Complex deal, but looks to be above fair value again.
