It's stunning that emissions from bushfires are excluded while emissions from mining companies are very poorly monitored and grossly under-estimated. Nor has anything approaching reality been factored in with the melting of Nthn Asia's permafrost regions.

As a consequence of such developments. we may indeed have already crossed the tipping point beyond which global warming will accelerate, uncontrollably.
