That’s not a mobile crane it’s a front end loader (like a Manitou but not sure what make this is,) with quick hitch attachment that can drop the usually 3 way bucket (bucket grab and a blade) in seconds and hook up a set of forks. The telescopic arm gives it reach for loading trucks or picking up “stuff” and pushing “stuff”.
