I think someone wanted to make some quick cash and timed it perfectly with an unbinding offer. Thank you to whoever you are. I expect oras share price to slowly dwindle back down as weeks dwindle by with no counter offers. either way I don't care because this company has now been one of my best trading stocks this year.
