They have a DFS. AP has had the SS in the too hard basket for 12 months now and posters are calling for a 50:50 deal. He can do a deal without the SS or DFS but his dacks will be around his ankles as there will be no bargaining power and whoever the potential partner is knows that AP has squandered 12 months chasing Lithium in Brazil and hasnt done anything with Mulgabbie.
Cash is tight, he cant progress anything with less than $1m in the kitty.
