@immy101 .. They indeed did have the proposed issues of securities announcement.
On the day they are listed before trading there should also be an "application for quotation of securities" announcement, with the actual number they sold, not just the proposed number.
On the 17/1/24 SGQ had a "proposed issue of securities" announcement, then on the 25/1/24
they released the "Application for quotation of securities" announcement.
ASX guidance note 30 has all the information about "Application for quotation of securities"
