Good point Fitz…sooner or later the NOPTA recommendation needs to be presented in evidence. Highly likely that it has recommended approval, otherwise the Government would have simply used it to legitimately refuse PEP 11 approval, quick time. I really can’t see the government going through the embarrassing court process full of accusations of bias, incompetence and political opportunism. IMO the relevant ministers and PM will have a meeting with their legal team this week and make a strategic decision.
Then act on that decision next week. Will be an exciting couple of weeks imo.
