The problem being MZA is that there is a very good possibility that the takeover will occur by the members of the DGR board and their significant friends, and stuff (f...) the rest of us. This company has been a fabulous money earner for Mather, his senior management, his selected bod and his mates, for well over a decade. I wouldn't be surprised that Mather and Bizzell, together with a few of the 'con...pet..ent' board members have orchestrated where DGR now finds itself. AJQ and most of the other daughter companies have suffered the same fate, virtually worthless. The comments regarding the value of DGR hasn't included the 25 million dollars wasted in AJQ only a year ago, after the significant and professional due diligence conducted by Mather, etc., which then relied on a phone conversation between the now warring parties. Great management skills. Yes, DGR has commenced a civil action but with these clowns in charge, do any of us expect a positive result. What happened with our civil case when suing the 'gel company' by AJQ?. Don't forget that one of our senior board members is a solicitor specialising in corporate law. How many of our failed daughter companies has he been associated with from positions including chairman, ceo and directorships? We are totally reliant on SOLG where Mather still holds enormous power and influence....so I for one am not confident at all of a recovery.
